Delete your RepairFront account
Public web resource for app users. Signed-in mobile users can delete their account directly in the app without emailing support.
Delete in the mobile app (recommended)
- Open the RepairFront mobile app and sign in.
- Go to More → Delete account.
- Confirm deletion. The account is removed permanently (not merely deactivated).
Free owner-operator accounts remove the personal login and the associated truck profile. Shop or fleet staff delete their personal login only; organization business records used by other authorized users remain.
If you cannot sign in
If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access your login, email support@repairfront.com from the address on your RepairFront account so we can verify the request.
What we delete
When deletion completes for an individual user account, we delete or de-identify personal account data tied to that user, including profile information (name, email), authentication credentials, mobile push tokens, SOS and location records associated with the account, uploaded photos and inspection content owned by that account, and messaging opt-in preferences for that user.
What we may retain
We may retain limited information when required for security, fraud prevention, legal, tax, or regulatory obligations (for example, invoice or payment records for a shop organization, or logs needed to investigate abuse). Account freezing is not a substitute for deletion. Retention practices are also described in our Privacy Policy.
Organization / shop accounts
Deleting a staff login does not erase the organization's business records (customers, work orders, invoices) that other authorized users still need. Organization owners who need a full shop/tenant deletion should contact support@repairfront.com.
Processing time
In-app deletion completes when you confirm it in the app. Email requests (when you cannot sign in) are acknowledged within a few business days and completed as soon as reasonably practicable after identity verification, typically within 30 days unless a longer period is required by law.
