Delete your RepairFront account

Public web resource for Google Play and app users who want to request account and data deletion.

How to request deletion

  1. Email support@repairfront.com from the address on your RepairFront account, or use the button below.
  2. Include the account email, your name, and (if applicable) your organization or shop name so we can verify the request.
  3. We will confirm the request and delete the account and associated personal data, subject to the retention notes below.

What we delete

When we complete a verified deletion request for an individual user account, we delete or de-identify personal account data tied to that user, including profile information (name, email), authentication credentials, mobile push tokens, SOS and location records associated with the account, uploaded photos and inspection content owned by that account, and messaging opt-in preferences for that user.

What we may retain

We may retain limited information when required for security, fraud prevention, legal, tax, or regulatory obligations (for example, invoice or payment records for a shop organization, or logs needed to investigate abuse). Account freezing is not a substitute for deletion. Retention practices are also described in our Privacy Policy.

Organization / shop accounts

If you are a staff user under a fleet, shop, or parts organization, deleting your personal login does not automatically erase the organization's business records (customers, work orders, invoices) that other authorized users still need. Organization owners who need a full shop/tenant deletion should contact support@repairfront.com.

Processing time

We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within a few business days and complete deletion as soon as reasonably practicable after identity verification, typically within 30 days unless a longer period is required by law.
