End User License Agreement

Effective date: June 10, 2026

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and RepairFront ("RepairFront," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the RepairFront software platform and related services (collectively, the "Service").

1. License grant

Subject to this Agreement, RepairFront grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business operations. You may authorize employees and contractors acting on your behalf to use the Service under your account.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only in compliance with applicable law and this Agreement. You may not reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, or misuse the Service, attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data, or use the Service to transmit malicious code or infringing content.

3. Third-party integrations

The Service may connect to third-party products, including Intuit QuickBooks. Your use of those integrations is also subject to the third party's terms and policies. You are responsible for maintaining valid authorization with connected services and for the accuracy of data exchanged through those integrations.

4. Your data

You retain ownership of business data you submit to the Service. You grant RepairFront the rights necessary to host, process, and display that data solely to provide and improve the Service, including operating integrations you enable.

5. Fees and availability

Paid features, if any, are billed according to the plan or order form you accept. RepairFront may modify features or suspend access for non-payment, security risk, or material breach of this Agreement.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. RepairFront disclaims all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. RepairFront does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RepairFront will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities. RepairFront's total liability arising out of or related to the Service will not exceed the fees paid by you to RepairFront for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. RepairFront may terminate or suspend access if you materially breach this Agreement. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, but sections that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.

9. Changes

RepairFront may update this Agreement from time to time by posting a revised version at this URL. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
