RepairFront Mobile App Terms

These Mobile App Terms supplement the RepairFront Terms of Service, End User License Agreement, and Privacy Policy when you use the RepairFront mobile application.
1. Mobile app scope
The RepairFront mobile app is intended for field use — including owner-operators on the free mobile tier and staff users authorized by a fleet or shop account. Features available to you depend on your organization type, role, and subscription.
2. Device permissions
Some features require device permissions you approve in your phone settings. Location may be used to find nearby repair or towing providers during a breakdown. Camera access may be used to capture unit photos, scan VIN barcodes, or upload compliance documents. Notifications may be used for account or safety alerts when enabled for your role.
3. Owner-operator free tier
Free owner-operator accounts are mobile-only and may include mileage tracking, receipt and photo capture, breakdown search, optional compliance checklists, and simple preventive maintenance reminders. Paid add-ons, fleet features, and web dashboards may require a separate subscription. RepairFront may show sponsored industry content on the free tier, selected by placement and optional coarse region (for example US state). We do not use a device advertising ID for this inventory. Sponsored content is removed when a qualifying paid subscription is active.
4. Your equipment data
Information you enter about your truck — including VIN, plate, meters, photos, and inspection records — is stored under your RepairFront organization account. You are responsible for the accuracy of equipment data you submit and for securing access to your mobile device.
5. Third-party services
Mobile features may link to third-party maps, phone dialers, payment processors, or repair providers. RepairFront does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, pricing, or performance.
6. Changes
RepairFront may update these Mobile App Terms by posting a revised version at this URL. Continued use of the mobile app after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
